Even with the ability to unload ~ 483M $APE onto the market at a moment’s notice, $AMC secured debt (I repeat, *secured* debt) hit a new low of $0.81 and is yielding 12%+ I do love the smell of structurally insolvent companies that are set to burn conspiracy-pushing apes

My point of course is that I am an AMC shareholder. A really big shareholder. My incentives are to help shareholders, not to hurt them. If I hurt you, I hurt myself. Why would I want to do that? To the best of my ability, my plan is to make AMC stronger and get it to thrive.

149 million AMC shares and 108 million APEs traded Monday on the NYSE. Exchange “halts” trading due to volatility, defined as a +/- 5% price change within a 5 minute period. If so, trading is stopped for a 5-minute pause. On Monday, AMC was halted 3 times, APE halted 10 times!

Blindly fear dilution? You miss crucial FACTS. In Jan ‘21 AMC issued shares, AMC share price soared. May/June ‘21 more AMC shares, again our stock soared. Stopped selling shares July ‘21, $AMC started a long fall. APEs announced last week, $AMC up again. APEs makes AMC stronger.

Some seem to enjoy reporting AMC is off its all-time closing price high, 6/2/21 $62.65. They fail to report close yesterday was 7 TIMES what it was when the pandemic closed theatres, 3/16/20 $3.19, or 11 TIMES when we were written off for dead, 1/5/21 $1.98 #TellTheWholeStory
