@JohnLewisRetail just wondering if your able to help, we had curtains installed by you. We have no complaints, however we have noticed they are incredibly creased, I would have expected the price we have paid for that to not be an issue. Are we able to get this resolved ?

@OoniHQ I had a Pizza Oven purchased last year, it’s only just been setup due to a renovation. I have the original receipt & where it was purchased from. Am I able to extend the Warranty to 5 years ?

@HalifaxBank I had to make an expensive international call from my UK phone just to resolve an issue you caused. You also advise customers not to notify you when traveling yet this is the result? Completely unacceptable.
