They claim intellectual superiority while ignoring the second-order consequences of wiping out blues. If they knew them, had people close to them at risk, they'd re-think.

I want to own the blues - they don’t deserve to live so I’m going red The second type doesn’t care about anyone else who may or may not push blue.

I see your point, personally I think most people close to me would choose red anyway. But even so, I think I'd still pick red simply because I don't believe for one moment that enough people would ACTUALLY press blue in the world, meaning that even if those close to me might choose blue then they're dying either way unfortunately and there's nothing I can do about it 😬 Call me a pessimist, I guess 😄

@smolcitizen @StatisticUrban That possibility, that many people I love would push blue if they were dropped in this situation, was what got me to change my mind. When I'm alone, I think selfishly. Red is the most logical choice. But when I'm with others, blue because the more logical choice.

If the vote was suddenly dropped without time for explanation or discussion - would you still push red, knowing that some people close to you won't?
