Congrats, Chloe 🥳Chloe officially graduated from care! The Mt. Sterling native has been a patient at Shriners Children’s Lexington for several years, receiving care for scoliosis. Now, 19, Chloe is studying biology on a pre-med track with hopes of specializing in cardiology.

Today on Cerebral Palsy Awareness Day, we celebrate strength, resilience, and possibility in every person living with cerebral palsy. We are especially honored to highlight our International Patient Ambassador, Carlota, whose journey embodies perseverance and hope. Born prematurely and diagnosed with cerebral palsy with spastic hemiparesis, which affects one side of her body, Carlota has faced multiple surgeries and continues to undergo therapy at @ShrinersMEX.
