Five Citadel alumni who have been inducted into the U.S. Army Military Intelligence Hall of Fame: COL Tony Lackey ’61, COL Terry Ford ’67, LTG Jeff Kimmons ’74, COL Mac McCarl ’77 and Randy Brooks ’77, were honored with a plaque recognizing their achievement in Capers Hall.
