I’ve been living in Bangalore since 2.5 years & I absolutely love it here. But any meetups I go to, it’s usually a back & forth game of “Hi I’m xyz, I do xyz”. I was tired of the continuous superficial conversations, so decided to change things a bit. On 25-05-25, we hosted the first edition of Bangalore connects (might change the name soon), a food walk. We slowed down & allowed ourselves to truly be in the moment. Talked about where we grew up, hobbies, health, love for food, movies, shows, activities, books, travelling and anything & everything you can think of. It felt warm, grounding & just purely genuine. 🌻 💡 Are we doing this again? What’s next? Yes. We want to do this more often now. There’ll be: - A luma page keeping it all organized - Advanced planning so folks can block the time (It was too last minute this time so a bunch of people who wanted to join, couldn't) - Smaller curated groups with a cap of 10 - Twice a month events with things like poker, thrifting, sip and paint etc. - Partnering with venues to do this in collaboration with (or if someone wants to sponsor :P) Drop a comment if you’re interested in joining the next one, I’ll DM you the details as soon we we have it ready :) — Thank you everyone who attended this edition, you made it what it was meant to be ✨

Had a lot of fun playing with the wonderful people of @gameon_club last night at the Bangalore Football Stadium So glad to have gotten back to playing football - I love this game! ⚽️

People 1/ Lanying, whose parents run our hotel in Sangti Valley, showed us around. We got lost but found our way back🗺️ 2/ Tenzin, a kid in Tawang, broke his toy—then had more fun with it broken 🪭 3/ Lopsang and his brother, who run a Korean restaurant in Tawang🍲 4/ Doggos🐕

Visiting Arunachal Pradesh has been the most eye-opening travel experience I've ever had Unique mix of Monpa culture (which I had no idea about), breathtaking Landscapes, and by far the nicest people I've met Tried to capture these through photos - first up, Monpa Culture!

Another attempt at rock climbing - as humbling as the first time! 🧗 Played two really fun football games right after it, really glad to go back into my favourite sport ⚽ Impromptu basketball game - back to learning fundamentals 🏀
