Many many thanks to Andy @CourtyardDairy for his fantastic words to the boys of Shute in our house dinner. Original, hilarious, thought provoking and downright inspirational. And all the better for being said in accompaniment to the dulcet flavours of a lovely bit of Hafod!

The Shute contingent (plus a few honorary extras) in the colour run this weekend. Well done to Woody and Will for taking part after 1) playing for the first XV the day before. 2) attending club training that same morning too!

Fantastic result for Jack - first in the NY schools athletics in the 3000m and selected to represent the county at the English Schools track and field Championships…… the first Giggleswickian to do so since 1996. Not bad for a fell runner!

Well done Fred - again showing resourcefulness and ingenuity in the 'demolish a pallet and rebuild it into something else using only hand tools' challenge...... even more difficult to do than it is to say, as anyone who has ever tried to break one up will agree💪
