Once you've crossed that line , then you can join into live or props to learn psychology and get a feel for loosing for real.

@akpips_ @ForexTvOfficial Psychology is important, but shouldn't it come after proving your strategy works? Backtesting and demo trading help beginners verify if they have an edge. Without that they can't know if their failure comes from psychology or from a strategy that never worked to begin with.

@Shuunom @ForexTvOfficial but with prop firms being so cheap these days i would say buy one and ‘forward test ’ on this as you are learning psychology as this is the main aspect in trading in my opinion

Wouldn't backtesting and demo trading help a beginner know whether they actually have a working edge before risking challenge fees?

Two trades today: 1 TP, 1 SL. 📈 Took UC on my prop account but didn’t take GU, even though I took both trades on my live account. It is what it is. I’m not going to sit here questioning why I missed GU on the prop or let one missed winner push me into taking every trade I analyze. Discipline is sticking to the plan, not reacting to outcomes. The goal isn’t to catch every winning trade, it’s to execute consistently over time. We move. 🤝📊
