You’re not wrong, outbound is the unlock most agencies avoid. Inbound and referrals cap you because they’re passive, while outbound gives you control. The real edge though is personalizing and targeting pain points. Volume alone won’t scale, relevance does. That’s how you turn a few replies into real opportunities.

So I just found out that most web devs who owns an agency are getting clients. Only through inbound and referrals. Limiting them to make 10k-20k in revenue. While other agencies who does the same thing scale 10k - 100k even 200k in revenue. By simply doing one single thing called “Outbound Cold outreach” You can’t survive only relying on inbound clients they will fade. Let me show you the power of outbound Cold emails: > sent 600 mails > 11 replies > 1 opportunity That means one guy willing to see what you got. And this is just one outbound channel There’s more. You’re customers are out there, you’re just lazy or scared to go out there and get them to use your service.
