Honestly, one of the things that worries me the most now, besides the passport/license issue itself, is what will happen to all the international users who had been verifying their accounts for YEARS using their national IDs/DNI. Because now they suddenly can’t reverify anymore. So what happens to all the stories they already bought? What happens to their coins? What happens to the money they already spent? These screenshots literally show that while your account is stuck in the verification process, Bomtoon resets the ownership progress to 0%, blocks access to rereading purchased works, and asks you to verify your age again before entering any +19 series. And that’s terrifying. People are not asking for free access. They ALREADY PAID for those stories. They supported authors legally, bought coins legally, and built their libraries over years. At the very least, people should still be able to access and reread the content they already purchased. But if users who only have DNI/national IDs can no longer verify, then what exactly is going to happen to everything they own there? That is the part I really wish @bomtoon would address clearly. Because so far, most responses people are receiving are basically: “If you don’t have a passport or driver’s license, there’s nothing we can do.” And honestly… that answer is heartbreaking for so many international readers. ——- 솔직히 지금 가장 걱정되는 부분 중 하나는 여권이나 운전면허 문제 자체보다도, 오랫동안 주민등록증/DNI로 계정을 인증해왔던 해외 이용자들이 이제 더 이상 재인증을 할 수 없게 되었다는 점입니다. 그럼 이미 구매한 작품들은 어떻게 되는 건가요? 코인은 어떻게 되나요? 그동안 사용한 돈과 계정은 어떻게 되는 건가요? 지금 캡처를 보면 인증 과정에 막히는 순간, 봄툰이 기존 구매 작품의 소장 퍼센트를 0%로 표시하고, 이미 구매했던 작품도 다시 열람하지 못하게 하며, 19금 작품에 들어가려면 다시 성인 인증을 요구하고 있습니다. 이 부분이 정말 너무 무섭고 걱정됩니다. 사람들은 무료로 보게 해달라는 게 아닙니다. 이미 돈을 내고 작품을 구매했고, 합법적으로 작가님들을 응원했고, 몇 년 동안 계정을 유지해온 사람들입니다. 적어도 이미 구매한 작품만큼은 계속 다시 볼 수 있어야 하는 거 아닌가요? 그런데 DNI나 국가 신분증만 있는 해외 이용자들이 이제 인증 자체를 못하게 된다면, 그 사람들이 구매했던 작품, 코인, 계정은 앞으로 어떻게 되는 건가요? 저는 이 부분에 대해 봄툰이 명확하게 답변해주었으면 좋겠습니다. 하지만 현재 많은 이용자들이 받고 있는 답변은 사실상 “여권이나 운전면허증이 없으면 도와줄 수 없다” 라는 말뿐이라서 너무 슬프고 답답합니다.
