The Quinn Hughes comparable is: Tippett = Rossi youngish players with a contract that had productive seasons but fell out of favour with old team Martone = Buium top prospect in system, genuine elite upside Bump = Ohgren high end complimentary player upside 1st Rounder

@PlayersOvrPlays We can argue about which prospect is better and what not, but what we cannot do is pretend that they’re not comparable The absolutely are in the same tier as prospect. Whether Philly would trade Martone is one thing. Toronto is not coughing up Matthews without him in the return

@Siakam4Three You have a crippling player making 13M. They are not a contender. They need to acquire whatever they can to retool. The Flyers are not going to give up their top prospect for a center that could end up like couturier. But they will give up a roster player that people want.
