I saw a job with an international company yesterday, and I honestly don’t know whether these are discriminatory questions or just for data collection. What do you mean by asking if I am Latinx, my race, or LGBT? Why do you need to know my sexual orientation to hire me?

Dear @EU_Commission, Last week I completed my final civic training in Paris to become an EU citizen. A young man called me “pédé,” meaning faggot, because I was sitting and having fun with two amazing, intelligent ladies I had bonded with during the program.
