@emmalgsutton Aah lovely - our two were in school uniform for first 2 weeks of lock down. They're now in non- uniform but I think it helped with transition. Hope you had a good day yesterday.

@icescream43 His partner is still really struggling, but she also witnessed it so that obviously added to the trauma. It's been hard to see her fall apart and all so sad - he was so lovely & only 36. Know what you mean about it still feeling taboo. Sending you a big hug.

Today Im not ok. I feel very angry with everything & everyone in family. I just cant get head round my family suicide. I just feel like we all let him down. I feel utterly shite. Grief with a suicide is a real mind fuck. Its the not knowing why. 🙁#SuicideAwareness #mentalhealth

1st job of the day out of the way- met with Tinks' teacher to talk public behav. charts & impact of shame. For Tinks it's more re the threat of what 'might' be as she is v. compliant at school, but that hangs over her all day every day. #avoidant #attachment

Back from great PEP meetings for our LOs. Really feel like the school truly value & take on board my ideas now -it's taken a while to build this relationship, but it's so reassuring not to feel like having to battle all the time anymore! #trauma #education
