I was made aware of an insane federal lawsuit involving the JFK assassination and the missing “Nix film.” The DOJ tried to get it dismissed in 2024, but it SURVIVED. According to the suit, the House Select Committee on Assassinations hired Aerospace and Los Alamos in the late 1970s to digitally enhance one of the only films clearly showing the grassy knoll during JFK’s assassination (from a different angle than the public was used to seeing). The lawsuit alleges the original film was later lost while being transported to Aerospace facilities in California, and that enhancement materials created by Los Alamos and Aerospace were corrupted, mishandled, or disappeared entirely. The wildest part? They claim missing Los Alamos tapes known as “ANDR5” allegedly showed a possible SECOND gunman on the grassy knoll in a “classic military firing position.” I'll have a full write up soon.
