In 1955, a British civil servant noticed a mathematical impossibility inside the Royal Navy. Between 1914 and 1928, the number of active Navy ships dropped by 67 percent. The number of sailors dropped by 31 percent. But the number of desk officials managing them? It increased by 78 percent. He spent years studying this absurdity. What he found is now the silent trap destroying tech careers in the age of AI. His name was Cyril Northcote Parkinson. He realized that the amount of actual work being done had zero correlation with the number of people doing it. He proved that bureaucracy creates its own internal work just to keep itself busy. He published a single sentence that changed organizational psychology forever. "Work expands so as to fill the time available for its completion." If you have two hours to write a report, it takes two hours. If you have two weeks for the exact same report, it takes two weeks. The brain creates artificial complexity, requests unnecessary meetings, and invents new subtasks to justify the allocated time. This is not a flaw in human motivation. It is a feature of survival in a corporate structure. Looking busy is historically how you keep your job. In the modern world, this is the most dangerous vulnerability for anyone working in tech. AI did not just speed up work. It collapsed the timeline entirely. Tasks that took four days now take four minutes. Most people handle this completely wrong. They fall straight into the Automation Trap. You use an AI agent to automate your workflow. You finish a 40 hour sprint in 10 hours. You proudly show your manager exactly how efficient you are. You assume this massive increase in productivity will guarantee a promotion. Leadership does not see a genius. They see a specific role they can easily eliminate to save budget. Or worse, Parkinson's Law kicks in. They do not give you a raise. They give you three more projects of equal low-level value to fill your remaining 30 hours. You did not gain leverage. You just increased your output for the exact same pay. You automated your own workflow, and six months later, they realize they do not need you. Here is how you actually survive the shift. Stop broadcasting your AI efficiency. If you automate your job, keep the timeline the same. Deliver the work on the original deadline. You protect your baseline income and job security. Take the hours you just saved and upskill aggressively. Do not use that time to scroll online. Study system architecture. Build new data models. Solve the higher-level business problems that management actually cares about. Stop attaching your worth to manual execution. Syntax and repetitive tasks are commodities now. Detach your professional identity from the labor that can be automated. Attach it firmly to business results. Parkinson published his law in 1955. The paper sat in academic literature for decades. The Navy bureaucracy he studied is long gone. But the mechanism he discovered is the exact reason why working harder is now a losing strategy. Every time you optimize a manual task. Every time you brag about saving your boss three hours. Every time you ask for more busywork to fill your Friday. It is the same exact trap. The secret to tech survival? Stop competing with the machine. Become the director of the system.

I get the same questions every day. "Where can I find out more about what Rabbinic Judaism really teaches? Where can I learn about what they really believe?" And every day I have to explain why there's such a shortage of truthful information out there about it. As the founder of Pulpit & Pen and Protestia and one of the most well-known polemicists online, having specialized in sub-Christian sects and false religions for more than 17 years, I can tell you with certainty that Rabbinic Judaism is - far and away - the most secretive major world religion. And this article explains why. It's built into the very fabric of the religion itself. Beginning in the post-temple era and developing largely after Constantine and the Christianization of the Roman Empire, secrecy is by design as a survival mechanism to conceal their more offensive beliefs from the majority culture PaRDeS is an acronym explaining the Rabbinic teaching framework: Peshat (פְּשָׁט, plain reading), Remez (רֶמֶז, allegorical), Derash (דְּרַשׁ, homiletical), and Sod (סוֹד). And the last tier of Rabbinic teaching system, "Sod" means "secret." It is the secret tier that carries the most doctrinal weight, while the top tier - what the general public and the goyim see - carries the least weight. In other words, the entire Rabbinic teaching system is designed to conceal the bulk of its teaching from anyone outside of Rabbinic Judaism. This is why the Talmud itself - in numerous places - forbid Jews from teaching goyim what they believe, including under the penalty of death. But it doesn't stop there. Surrounding Judaism is an entire self-censorship structure, editing its own texts before dissemination. Much of it is written in code, which is why I had to include a glossary of code terms at the back of our edition of Endtdecktes Judenthum. And when that fails, Judaism uses its sizable influence to censor and suppress works that expose and critique its teachings. And all of that is explained in the article. Also included are footnotes for all receipts and a handy assortment of resources, divided into three types, for the reader to research the primary sources themselves. Oh, and as a bonus, I get into the association between Freemasonry and Kabbalah, including their shared beliefs, intricate ties, and similar secrecy practices. Read the article at Insight to Incite. Link in bio. Audio version available.

We’re witnessing just how much control they have over mainstream media, criminal justice systems, business leaders, militaries, vaccine mandates, governments, monetary systems, and every aspect of our lives. These are the RULERS OF OUR PLANET and they do as they please. It’s been this way for eons. The only difference is a few more people now know about it.

Devon Eriksen
Devon Eriksen@Devon_Eriksen_·
Oh, no! The peasants aren't having enough babies! How will we keep the cost of labor down? We couldn't possibly examine the conditions leading up to the fertility crisis. That might force us to have uncomfortable conversations, confront unpopular truths, and perhaps even acknowledge that we, personally might have played some role in causing it. Wait! I have an idea! People are all just interchangeable units of economic productivity, right? Let's just import some like we're buying a sack of potatoes! Yay! That will solve everything! Best of all, they work for cheap, because they're used to third world conditions, and part of their compensation is they get to come to the US. And they can't quit, because if they do, they have to go back! But we need to call it something other than "indentured servitude"... hhhmmmm... how about "skilled immigration"? Yeah, that's it! Listen, sunshine, and listen carefully, because I'm going to explain exactly where the "demographic cliff" you so uncritically accept actually came from. Yes, I am now going to explain the entire fertility crisis. You know, that thing everyone condemns, but no one wants to examine too closely. It came from the insatiable capitalist appetite for cheap labor. Does this make no sense to you? Are you sure you just read what you thought you read? Did Devon Eriksen actually just say something critical of capitalism? Are you checking outside the window for soaring pigs on the wing? Well, have a seat in your favorite beanbag chair, get your blankie and a cup of hot chocolate, because it's story time. --------------------------------------------------------- Once upon a time, people lived in tribes, and hunted wild animals, and gathered wild plants. This wasn't very nice, because it was hard to feed themselves this way, and there wasn't any high-speed internet service. Then people discovered you could tame animals. You could tame an animal called a cow, and raise them for milk and meat. And you could tame an animal called a cat, and then you could grow lots of plants and store them without mice eating all your hard work. You couldn't eat all the cows, of course, or there would be no next generation of cows. And you couldn't eat all the grain, or you wouldn't have seeds to plant and grow more grain. But people quickly figured this out. Then things were nicer and people could own stuff. In fact, they owned so much stuff that somebody invented something called "war", which was where you got a bunch of your friends together and went and took someone else's stuff instead of having to make it yourself. Well, people didn't like losing wars and having their stuff taken, and they noticed that guys who had more friends, and guys whose friends worked together better, were the guys who won all the wars. So they invented kings. Kings were special guys who everybody had to obey or his friends would beat them up. This helped your tribe win wars, which was nice, but the king could do whatever he wanted, like not share the stuff he took in wars, or take stuff from his own tribe instead. So somebody else realized that everybody had been living in big tribes called "nations", and cooperating with each other for a while, and maybe they really didn't need kings anymore, because they'd still be able to work together and fight wars. So they came up with two different systems. One was socialism, where they had a big bunch of bureaucrats who took all the stuff, and capitalism, where everybody kept whatever stuff they made. Well, socialism didn't work at all, and it was worse than kings, but capitalism worked great. And they built so much stuff and traded with each other and everybody got rich. Now, some people got richer than others, which was fine because everybody was better off overall, and the really rich people paid other men to work for them and help build more stuff. This was great, too. Then one of the rich people had an idea. A really bad idea. A really horrible terrible no good very bad idea. An idea which was so awful that it threatened to undo all the other good ideas that people had, all the way back to the bit with the cows and the cats. You see, the rich men, and to a lesser extent everybody else, had gotten so rich, and there were so many nice things that people could have, that the only thing holding us all back from having even more nice things was not enough people to do work. So somebody said "What if we hired people's wives, too?" At first, the wives weren't interested. Work wasn't fun, it couldn't be fun, because work was something you pay other people for, and people do fun things for free. And wives didn't need money, because their husbands just gave it to them. So a club of rich guys, let's call them "Wall Street", went looking for a solution. They found one, buried in the back corners of dusty universities. There were a small bunch of women who didn't like men very much. Some of them didn't like men very much because they weren't very pretty, so men didn't pay attention to them. Others didn't like men very much because bad men had raped them. And others didn't like men very much because they liked women very very much indeed, in very intimate ways. But whatever their reasons, these women didn't like men, and they didn't like babies, either. And they didn't see the point in women having men, or babies. So the Wall Street guys said "Ah-hah! If we can make other women think like this, they will come work for us, instead of making babies!" So they gave the women who didn't like men a bunch of money, and put the articles they wrote in magazines, and put them on TV, where they talked about how strong and empowered and cool they were, and about how only dumb scared uncool women had babies, instead of traveling to exotic places and having sex with mysterious exciting men and wearing pretty clothes. But the Wall Street men didn't think about babies grow up, and there aren't any babies, there's no one to grow up and do work later. They forgot the lesson about not eating all the cows and all the grain. And so they tried to hire all the people. ----------------------------------------------------- All right, are we finished here? Do you understand now? Radical feminists, and hardcore traditionalists, have both noticed that when you educate women, they stop having babies. But neither of them asked what those women are being educated for. They're being educated to train them for careers. You can educate women all you like, about matters animal, vegetable, and mineral. You can make them into the very model of a modern major general. You can teach them many cheerful facts about the square of the hypotenuse. But if they have to work 8 hours a day wrangling spreadsheets in a cubicle, then can't, and won't, have babies. Women aren't having babies because you're paying them to do other stuff instead. And this is why immigration isn't a solution for jack shit. If your imported population assimilates, they'll have the exact same fertility crisis. And if they don't assimilate, they can't be a substitute workforce for a industrialized and technological society. You're not solving any problem, with your immigration. You're just an addict digging through the couch cushions, hoping to find a crumb of unsmoked meth. You're trying to keep the cheap-labor bonanza going, with increased supply and lowered real wages, despite the fact that it's strangling Western Civilization, and could strangle the whole race. You forgot the lesson about eating the seed corn. Because the lesson is harder to learn this time. After all, seed corn belongs to the farmer. He can just learn not to eat it, because that's in his own best interest. But women don't belong to anyone, unless you're living in an Islamic society (which, by an odd coincidence, never seem to have a fertility crisis). So it's the tragedy of the commons. If you don't hire the women, someone else will, and we're back to no women having babies. Besides, our braindead parents and grandparents literally made it illegal to not hire women. This is we need governance for this one. Either of the legal, government variety or through social mores and shaming. We stop people from hunting female deer. We stop people from overfishing. We protect endangered species. We understand what population replenishment requires. When it's another species and we don't get all emotional and irrational about it. We need some way of restricting female employment when birth rates fall. And yes, this means driving the price of labor up. Those unemployed women have to be supported, and not only supported... they have to feel secure about their futures. They have to know they will continue to be supported without needing to have careers. That means husbands with jobs that are not only well-paid enough for them to afford to support wives, but secure enough that they won't get laid off every time the demand for acme widgets dips by three percent. But Devon, women having babies instead of jobs is demeaning! Nothing is demeaning if the rest of the human race thinks it is honorable. You only think babies are demeaning because somebody paid a lot of money to program you to think that. Your belief doesn't even make any sense. If there is a single thing which humans can do that is honorable, how can it be dishonorable to make humans who do that thing? But Devon, women are perfect capable of doing those tough, technical jobs, and it's sexist and misogynist of you to say they aren't! I didn't say they aren't. You are just programmed to think I did because you are a non-player character. I said that there is another tough, critically important job that only they can do. It is a waste of smart women's time to make rockets. Because any sufficient number of smart people can make rockets, but only smart women can make a sufficient number of smart people. The fertility crisis does not come from ideology or culture. It is a trap that lies across the development path of every high-tech human civilization. That is why every such culture has it. Feminism is an aspect of it in the West, but feminism is not the driving force behind it. The driving force behind the fertility crisis is financial incentives. Capitalism is great. It produces wealth and technology like nothing else in the world. It optimizes better than any deliberate centralized planning ever could. But it is unable to consider certain variables that come from core human biology, and we have hit a situation where we have over-optimized to the detriment of human thriving. So, whether it be by laws or by culture, we must fence off certain areas of human existence, away from the hyper-optimization engine. I suggest we start by making it a status symbol for a woman to have a wealthy husband instead of a job. Quality women don't have loser husbands who make them work. Quality women don't put their kids in public school to be raised by strangers. But that's not enough. If the term "loser" is be a badge of shame, it cannot apply to the average man. You will never sell housewifery as a status symbol if men who can support it are unavailable. Which means that you cannot have Western Civilization flooded with indentured servants from the third world. A man who completes with a slave earns the wages of a slave. And free markets contain no slaves. The Mario Nawfals of the world don't really pick up on that too easily. When you're a "Lebanese-Australian" businessman, who lists his location as "Dubai", and whose account is geolocated at "Europe", it's hard to be smart enough to connect the dots and understand why you shouldn't destroy societies you have no loyalty to. But this is not about any particular society. All high-tech societies have the fertility crisis. The fertility crisis may very well be the Fermian Great Filter. So if you don't fix it somewhere, it doesn't matter if you are a "citizen of the world". Because the whole world is back to cavorting druids, and death by stoning. It doesn't matter if you have two and half million followers on Twitter, because there is no Twitter. It doesn't matter if you are wealthy, because the modern finance has collapsed, and the tech stack — which makes all the nice things you can buy with that wealth — has collapsed along with it. You may not feel any loyalty to the boat, Mario. But you cannot drill a hole in the bottom of every boat, because there's only so long you can tread water. Not to mention that, as @romanhelmetguy pointed out, your hothouse-flower meritocracy of Excel spreadsheets is only protected from the real meritocracy of extreme violence by lots of Western men with guns.
Mario Nawfal@MarioNawfal

IMMIGRATION: THE REMEDY MANY LOVE TO HATE The demographic cliff is here. South Korea’s fertility rate is 0.72 children per woman. Italy now closes nearly 500 schools annually for lack of children. America’s fertility rate is 1.62, far below the 2.1 replacement level, and the 2025 Social Security Trustees Report warns the trust fund will be insolvent by 2034. The United Nations projects that by 2100 more than sixty countries will have half as many working-age adults and three times as many retirees. Without an influx of younger workers, economies contract, entitlements collapse, and entire towns turn into ghost retirement communities. Immigration might be the only proven, immediate remedy. Working-age immigrants pay taxes from day one and start businesses at twice the rate of native-born citizens. The United States became the world’s largest economy between 1880 and 1920 precisely because millions of young immigrants arrived and built it. The drawbacks are real: short-term wage pressure on low-skill natives crowded classrooms, higher rents, and the inevitable friction of integration. But the uncomfortable fact stands: the loudest voices against “replacement” are presiding over the fastest population’s actual disappearance. Controlled, skills-focused immigration is not cultural surrender. We can choose sensible rules and reasonable numbers, or we can choose dignified extinction.

Growing up in Germany, the Netherlands, and the American Midwest, I was extremely pro-Jewish and extremely pro-Israel. I believed every bit of the narrative we were fed. I even had a Palestinian guy in my class, and whenever he talked about his situation, I’d get angry. I called him an anti-Semite more than once. Looking back, I feel ashamed of how deeply I had internalized that mindset. I genuinely thought Judaism was the best religion in the world. I even considered converting at one point to support these “poor, prosecuted people”. That’s how far gone I was. And all of that happened without me even knowing any Jews in real life. I had met maybe one or two in my life until a few years ago. That started to change during my PhD. We had a research partnership with a Hebrew university. The academics we worked with were hardcore Zionists. They talked about Palestinians like animals. Justified the killings. Brushed off the land theft. That’s when the mask began to fall. I started digging. I learned about the Balfour Declaration, how American Zionists played a role in destabilizing my own country of birth. I learned about the Nakba. How settlers destroyed water wells and entire orchards. How people who had lived there for centuries were treated like subhumans. I saw the ugly truth no one ever talks about. Even up to October 7th, I still thought: there are good Jews and bad Jews, just like in any group. But since then, what I’ve witnessed is beyond shocking. Almost every Jewish voice I’ve come across, online, in media, in real life, has been defending genocide. Demonizing anyone who dares speak up for Palestinians. Calling people Nazis, animals, anti-Semites, just for standing on the side of humanity. That kind of moral blackmail used to work on me. Being called an anti-Semite as a German? That was the worst thing you could say. But not anymore. Not after seeing who’s really fueling the hate. Not after hearing the things that are being said… things that sound like they came straight from hell. What changed me was not hate, it was clarity. I realized Zionism is not about survival but dominance, and it has nothing in common with Christian values, either. And honestly, what still puzzles me, what I genuinely don’t understand, is why they behave the way they do. They say they want peace. They say they’ve been hated throughout history, kicked out of country after country, persecuted without reason. But then you look at how they act, right now. They smear anyone who dares to criticize Israel. They slander. They don’t try to make allies, they issue threats. They demand people be canceled. They justify war crimes. They talk about exterminating others. If they really want to be liked, if they want to live in peace, if they want people to stop criticizing them, then why do they act like this? Why don’t they try kindness, truth, humility? Why not show some decency, some humanity, especially now that the entire world is watching? It makes no sense, unless domination is the goal. Not peace. Not coexistence. Because when I listen to people like Mark Levin or Ben Shapiro or that Randy Fine dude, what I hear isn’t just propaganda, but pure venom. It’s a kind of moral filth that feels like it crawled out of hell. The arrogance. The dehumanization. The glee in war and death. You can’t act like this and expect the world like you. You can’t demand sympathy while trying to silence those who demand the truth. You can’t play eternal victim while behaving like a tyrant. Eventually, people wake up. Just like I did. I used to believe everything they told me. Now I see it clearly. Thank you! 🙏🏼

Former Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene🇺🇸
If America was being bombed day and night because of something horrific our government did, and many innocent Americans and American children were being killed and traumatically injured, and we begged for mercy, but the rest of the world said, “Americans voted for their government so they deserve it, their government is bad so all Americans are bad, therefore this is what they get and must be done” And the world was silent to our suffering. And no one came to our aid. And our cities and homes were bombed and turned to rubble. And our infrastructure was destroyed, no farms, no grocery stores, no more organized society. And no one helped our injured and hungry children. How would you feel? What would you think? What would you do? This is what is happening to Gaza where in spite of what we have all been told, many innocent people and children are being killed and they are not Hamas. Does Hamas deserve it? Yes. Do innocent people and children deserve it? No. The innocent people in Gaza did not kill and kidnap the innocent people in Israel on Oct 7th. Just as we spoke out and had compassion for the victims and families of Oct7, how can Americans not speak out and have compassion for the masses of innocent people and children in Gaza? Is one type of innocent life worthy and another type of innocent life worth nothing? For me, I think God sees all innocent lives the same and he loves them all. As a matter of fact, He sent his own son for all people, that’s how much He loves us. America funds Israel $3.8 billion annually for military aid. Actually correction. U.S. taxpayers fund Israel $3.8 billion annually for military aid. That means every U.S. tax payer is contributing to Israel’s military actions. I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to pay for genocide in a foreign country against a foreign people for a foreign war that I had nothing to do with. And I will not be silent about it.
