Valve's new Steam Controller can scream if you drop it from a height

One month has passed since an Em-8ER backer and moderator posted this accounting of the project’s current state. Grummz has yet to acknowledge or respond to it.

An indie game developer who was blocked on Steam over “potential infringement” of his own work has finally received approval after submitting a license declaration to himself. According to the developer, Steam’s review process flagged parts of the game for possible copyright concerns, even though the assets and content were created entirely by the developer. To resolve the issue, he reportedly had to provide formal documentation confirming that he had permission to use his own work. These systems are designed to prevent stolen or unauthorized content, but sometimes create frustrating situations for indie devs

Civilization VII is set for a major update that finally let players stay as one civ through all Ages, as the boss of parent company Take-Two has admitted: “we got it wrong.” bit.ly/4eybrvU

David Stebbins (@acerthorn ) has sent almost 400 discovery requests to @SidAlpha . This is far above the normal limit of discovery without consent. Courts routinely see this as both a dilatory tactic and an attempt to make the other side waste money defending.

@SidAlpha Hey was just rewatching some of your videos and noticed the whole Acerthorn saga got hidden. What happened there?

How about you grow the fuck up ? These dipshits dont even have the balls to admit that they are using AI.

hi. your reviewer is lying. - he stated he spent 10 hours in PvP and quit to play PvE due to cheaters. - he didn't. He spent 30 minutes... maybe. 2 raids. The first raid is the tutorial mission in which you can't die. The 2nd raid he recorded for your "video review" and died to an extract camper, said this ONE PERSON was cheating, and quit to play PvE tarkov. - that person wasn't cheating. your reviewer showed the death screen in the video review. i attached a copy of his account details. he's a typical 800+ hour tarkov player that appears to have started just prior to or during tarkov's last wipe. - he stated he spent 120 hours in total in the game - he didn't. his account is 52h37m old, not 120. Much of that time is spent in your stash. So he had roughly 70% of that time in PvE raids (except 1, which I mentioned above already). - If your reviewer cannot be honest/lies about his time spent in game and his reasonings behind his opinions, it invalidates all of his first-hand experience when formulating his opinions and why. - Tarkov absolutely has its problems. There's a ton of jank, poor optimization, etc. That does not mean BSG is undeserving of a fair review from you and your organization, and it certainly is undeserving of claims being made by a FIRST HAND ACCOUNT that does not exist for your reviewer.

An update on the Pirate Software Records request I made: Initial request came back with 3 results which the system opened 3 NEW requests to retrieve those records. Those are all currently awaiting Agency response. This request was submitted in order to ascertain the validity of his claims of swatting attempts made against him revolving the Stop Killing Games Initiative controversy.

Consolidation sucks. I dont know how to feel about this other than all the options sucked & I wish Warner Bros. wouldve remained. Now I wonder WTF does this mean for WB Games studios like Avalanche, Rocksteady & NetherRealm? Netflix hasnt exactly shown they care about gaming...
