@timoliver1 @MikeCovell You probably say 'Hessel' rather than 'Hezzle' (the correct pronounciation). So you you'd be happy to go to somewhere else where they've also got 'Boyses' like Goole and ask: 'Do you know where I can find Boys'?

@SidSparkle @MikeCovell That’s the Kings Bench in you I’m afraid. To us posh Swanland boys, it was always ‘boys’

Good evening Beautif-Hull: Three shots of Hessle Road Boyes, which is often pronounced Boyes, or Boyes but I believe the correct way of pronouncing it is of course Boyes.

@RichMortonSound The song in question was a #10 in the UK as well for GBS, but also a #5 in the same year for a renowned UK producer/recording artist/mogul.

@SidSparkle Thanks Sid, the reason I asked is I know they recorded a very country sounding number called Baby Blue. So was the song in question basically a mainstream pop hit? Plus a tin whistle if course!

@RichMortonSound Acoustic guitar, country-ish beat... but not country as such. Features a tin whistle.

@SidSparkle Hi again Sid! Good to hear from you with another terrific teaser! Little Green Bag is such a groovy track which I only caught up with after the release of Reservoir Dogs. Is this band’s other hit something you would categorise as country music by any chance?

@SidSparkle @alicecooper Ah! Your brilliant clues come to the rescue once again Sid! It must be Pink Floyd's classic 'Another Brick In The Wall'! I have to say I thought they'd produced that one themselves so I didn't factor it in!

@SidSparkle @alicecooper Thanks Sid, was it The Ramones' 'Rock N Roll Highschool'? Although I have a sneaking suspicion Phil Spector might have been involved in the production of that one...

@SidSparkle @alicecooper Ah, good one Sid! And was this other song around at the time School's Out was released, or does it belong to a later period?

@SidSparkle @alicecooper Remember this one well Sid ( at school at the time! ) and what a blistering riff! I don't know the answer to your question, so I will start with an obvious angle - did this other lyric pertain to kids/education/school?

@SidSparkle Was it possibly Florence Ballard, former star of The Supremes who sadly died young in the mid 70s?
