@FanCode I've bought an FC pass of 999/- on my registered Email ID on 2nd March but today I'm unable to view that pass and because of which I'm unable to watch todays race. I tried contacting your help services , but nobody fixed my issue. Please look into it.

@FanCode Tried contacting both but no one seems to understand/solve my issue. I've already bought a FC pass yet I'm unable to access it on the same ID. no one seems to be taking it seriously. Same repetitive answers even after getting no proper answers. Kindly address this asap.
