Last week, I found myself grappling with a serious case of burnout. Balancing life in a community, managing work, nurturing family relationships, building my brand, and pursuing my passion as an artist can sometimes feel overwhelming. I'm still learning to navigate the delicate equilibrium between my ambitions, self-care, and family responsibilities. Recognizing the need for a break, I made the decision to step away from everything last week and focus on decompressing. I'm glad I did. Taking that time for myself has left me feeling recharged, rejuvenated, and ready to dive back into the flow. Tomorrow, I'll be embarking on an adventure to Costa Rica with some brothers, we will be hiking, looking at potential land, sitting with Buffo, surfing, fishing, and soaking up the sun.
