Worst service I’ve experienced. After over a month waiting for a simple feature activation – with endless back-and-forth, “approvals” and then total silence – our subscription has now been stopped without anyone resolving the issue or responding. @Zoho @ZohoCares

@Seattlecoffeeco I have been saying all along that your service is going backwards. You have a regionals swimming in Hatfield and you one lady manning the station. Taking more than an hour to order not even speaking collecting the coffee.

Not allowed to sit at an empty table at Canal Walk @MuggandBean unless I ordered first — even though the restaurant was empty and I just needed to make a quick call. Disappointing customer experience. #CustomerService

@Seattlecoffeeco I’ve been a loyal customer since 2010, but lately I’ve noticed a change in staff attitude. If U arrive even 5 minutes before opening, you’re told to wait outside & not allowed in. In the past, staff were more welcoming & would often start preparing coffee early.
