There's still a few seats open for the upcoming four-session Velvet Generation miniseries/smoke test of our @roll20app module.
It's starting on Monday (Nov 11) at 7pm CST, and it'll run once a week for four weeks. Everyone is welcome, no need to already know the game.
...this has been a huge learning experience about how much different book printing is from making whole packages. We'll see where that takes things after this game is out there
Had a bit of a setback with the manufacturer I was 90% ready to sign with, but the good news is, I've got another that can do the print run volume I'm looking for and the production proof is already getting made!

Great Moments in Game Design: today I sent my final draft files to the printer more or less on time.
I'm especially happy with how my rules sheet for 69 turned out:
Depending on how the rest of the Kickstarter and Origins go, we may be able to upgrade to a full print run. That will mean better production quality, plus the costs will make it possible to get into retail stores and let us open up some volume discount backer tiers.

Aside from meaning that I won't be trying to refresh the project dashboard while I'm driving to Columbus tomorrow, we're going to be launching at least a print on demand edition of the game...
Leaders need to be into the morale building business. It’s not as much about time off and cookies, although they’re super helpful. It’s about making people feel valued & part of something greater than themselves. Leaders literally control this power. And it produces results.

Kickstarter isn't saying this is officially successful yet, but I've never seen a campaign hit its goal exactly, so who knows what happens here.
