The San Diego shooters called themselves misanthropes and claimed they committed the act for nihilism and accelerationism. There were also a number of Com/MKY/O9A connections in their online footprint.
So yes, it is correct to lump them all together under the NVE blanket in this case.
Also (assuming your post is directed at me) it's a pretty ugly quality as a researcher to unfairly attack others who disagree with you and accuse them of political motives.
You call me an "influencer" in a derogatory way, ignoring the fact that I've assisted in MANY of these arrests. You on the other hand hate the FBI so much that I doubt you've done anything to help victims get justice.

There's a whole subset of extremism 'researchers' (read 'influencers') who've pushed the nihilism label & sucked up to Trump's FBI for precisely this reason. Lumping Terrorgram/Tarrant/Saint Culture shooters in with Com scrubs away the stain of right wing extremism

On a recent podcast, Eminem was asked to name any rapper he considers greater than him. When names like Lil Wayne, Drake, Nas, The Notorious B.I.G., Tupac, and Kendrick Lamar were mentioned, he stayed silent. When Jay-Z was brought up, he still didn’t respond. The interviewer repeated Jay-Z again, and Eminem finally said: “I respect Jay, but don’t put me in a race I never entered. I’m not chasing empires… I’m the reason this conversation even exists.”
