@SignalHound That's super cool. I've got a couple SM435c's and haven't really used them for more than an extremely capable spectrum analyzer. Is there documentation for programming the FPGA?

When paired with the #SM435C, the GPIO connection lets the SM435C's FPGA drive the switch directly. No middleware, no extra hardware, and nothing adding latency between the analyzer and the switch equals a fundamentally faster automated test setup. ⏩

@SignalHound can you please tell them that I would love to have a macOS driver for VSG60A as well? If they release it, I can develop an app for that as well, and fully use macOS for all my spectrum analysis and signal generation workflows.

Weekend project: a native macOS app for Signal Hound spectrum analyzers. Why: my main machine is a MacBook Pro, and Signal Hound only ships Windows/Linux software. Rendered with Metal.
