If you used the same source cited in Trump's post the 2024 IZA study, you would see your numbers aren't accurate at all. If you want to use a completely different study, the Manhattan Institute study, you're comparing apples and oranges.
The US number is skewed higher because most of the Indian immigrants are high skilled H-1B visas coming into high paying jobs. The Netherlands also has a more extensive welfare system and benefits compared to the US making each negative contributor cost more.

At $45/tonne, the production-weighted average net cost for oil sands facilities is roughly 9 cents per barrel after performance credits, tax/royalty shields, and adjustments. It's output-based pricing, so cleaner facilities can earn credits and some even profit. By 2030 at higher prices, it rises to ~47 cents/barrel—still minor vs. $80–100 oil.
