@IanImmi melatonin did not help me stay asleep when I had this problem, but it did assist in feeling more rested even with the same amount of sleep.

Guys I have 0 issues falling asleep, I can sleep instantly. My issue is I can’t stay asleep. I wake up every 30min-1hour and then eventually can’t get back to sleep. Any helpers?
