Curve Finance and DeFi WIN
The latest twist does not affect the Curve Finance Ecosystem for two specific reasons. Most DeFi stablecoins are not classified as "payment stablecoins", and DeFi protocols are not classified as "digital asset service providers" which is what this ban on passive yield is targeting. This mainly affects CEXs offering yields on USDC or USDT more than anything. My opinion, let me know if I'm wrong.

English is an ethnicity. British is the modern flag ship term for anyone born in Great Britain.
The English are the indigenous Britons, they are the Germanic tribes of the Angles and Saxons and they are the Norwegian and Danish Vikings.
Why do we even need to even explain this? If you are not apart of those heritages then you are not English.
Why are people even scared to speak a clear objective truth?
I am English. My family originates from Saxony Germany and part of the Germanic tribes who arrived in England after the Romans withdrew.
