The writing process in a nutshell: - write a sentence - hate the sentence, rewrite it - hate the rewrite, bring back the original - scrap everything entirely and start over - cry - sleep - come back 6 hours later, write the same first sentence

I wonder if it is an easier task to write a first draft with less words as possible (e.g. 50.000 words) and built it up towards a maximum word goal (e.g. 100.000 word). I'll give it a try for my next novel. Any experiences so far with this way in the #writerscommunity ? #writer
