Team Oxgang took part in the 10k Race for Life last Sunday. So far, we have raised over £4000 for cancer research. An emotional day as we thought about loved ones that we’ve lost to cancer and also those who are still fighting this awful disease. 😢💗

Primary 7 enjoyed their visit from Yorkshire Building Society today. They worked in groups to plan a party calculating costs and a price per person. Great team work skills and well done to the winning team! 🤝💡💎

P6/5 are learning how to write an information report in literacy. ✍️ We used our model text to create an annotated diagram about the ‘Kirkintilloch Ridgeback’ - a rare form of dragon! 🐉

Primary 2 created some posters after discussing Autism during our Autism Acceptance lessons. We discussed how it affects people in different ways and talked about some difficulties people with autism might share. #AutismAcceptanceMonth

P4 have loved having the laptops this week to use in class 💻. Our favourite literacy project this week was to research a topic of our choice and create a fact-file on it. We learned so many interesting facts from our classmates! 🌟

Primary 4 were celebrating #InternationalWomensDay today by highlighting inspirational women in our lives 🌟. We spoke about mums, aunties, cousins, sisters and child-minders who inspire us. The boys and girls had a fantastic conversation about inclusion and how to #breakthebias
