Firstly, is this how @sainsburys train shop staff to behave when working on the shop floor? Secondly #sainsburys insist on self-service tills so PLEASE make sure there are enough people in the areas AND they help customers; not sitting on the table & chatting to their friends!

I was there and they were just chatting. If I really wanted anyone 2b in trouble,I would have shown their faces in the photo. Get real!

@premierinn Have just called one of your hotels the third time today and still nobody answered the phone. Wasted 20 minutes waiting on the phone and god knows how much money as I’m on pay as you go tariff. Won’t be booking to stay at the hotel now.
