@wubzu @Brawlhalla In what way is it good for the game? Current snap dash destroys neutral and creates inconsistency in advantage state
English

Did We Fool You @Brawlhalla ? for the past 3 years us pros have been slowly plotting our snapdash hate to see if we can manipulate you into removing it even though it’s CLEARLY good for the game. one word. gotcha. you can ignore the hate messages now. snap dash for life. BMG 🔛🔝

@TCArk1234 It would give proper time for beneficial feedback and allow pros/higher level players to practice those changes to see what works. Idk why that hasnt been a thing besides wanting downtime for the crew post bcx which also makes sense
English

@SillyGobi mechanics changes / a bigger balance patch and then drop it literally right after bcx
English

I hope this is troll. How can you look at the state of neutral and think that a movement mechanic that is faster than EVERY startup in the game is even close to healthy. It just promotes chaos and inconsistent neutral
Marker@marker_bh1
Snapdash is more than a mechanic it’s part of what makes Brawlhalla feel alive. Removing it would tear away depth, freedom, and the movement we’ve spent years mastering. Players like Saphir, Ahmet, Marker, ,BAMYA, Cheezy and many more stand together. Please keep Snapdash.
English

@TCArk1234 I can see that pov. Alot of the older pros are more so just missing what neutral used to be and wouldnt mind sacrificing awkward turning around to make that happen. Its more like if BMG wanted to actually test stuff they missed the entire offseason to actually do any changes
English

@SillyGobi I'm not a huge fan of what's in exp right now, to me this just makes turning around really really awkward, like more awkward than in 2020. I think they could graduate the thing that makes the snap spacing lower to the ground for sure.
English

@TCArk1234 The experimental dash change is a great place to start. I've stated before I would love to just remove the mechanic completely but just something to start moving in the right direction is enough for now. 3 years is too long
English

@SillyGobi Oh yeah I think that one of the experimental things they should try out is when you have no dodge you can’t snap dash. 100% agree with you that catching landings in advantage needs to be fixed, and I think that would do it. Don’t think this requires gutting the movement though.
English

@TCArk1234 Catching landings. It makes it heavily inconsistent when someone wins a neutral interaction and/or properly depletes the opponents options and they are able to snap through 99% of the moves in the game to avoid being punished. This creates a lack of confidence in advantage
English

@SillyGobi I don’t know what your point is with the faster startup. Jump comes out frame 3, jump 5, dash 5, those are all faster than all the moves startup anyway. I don’t see how specifically snapdash is unique in this.
English

@STTP_WILSON Impressive, sure. But its just reactive brawl instead of the chess match that positioning/holding stage used to have. The mind game is heavily changed to just movement mash and maybe throw out a random move to see if it hits. If not just movement mash more and wait
English

@SillyGobi If you want my honest opinion. Snapdash is decent brawlhalla. It's harder for sure. I think less players are competing for that top spot, than say 2020era. idk, some of these turbo guys impressed me cause their playin so fast and still great hit percentages.
