Priorities *are* different, but don't get the cause and effect backward.
Major things like homeownership aren't out of reach for young people because they're spending more on luxuries, they're spending more on luxuries *because* homeownership feels out of reach.

Good sign you're out of touch with the youth if you're bringing up satellite TV instead of streaming services. But sure, streaming is one luxury most have.
But not every home has heating. Not every young person is travelling abroad.
And mobile phones with internet access are essentially a requirement in 2026 society.

It might not be *all* older people's direct fault that successive governments messed things up. But why is it more incumbent on the young who weren't even alive/adults as that was happening to deal with that mess?
You guys are the ones who were alive with the ability to vote/protest/prepare as the mess slowly unfurled. The young were born into it.

When they set up the discs, and are organizing the files/masters being put on the discs...you just leave off the next ep previews. They always come after the end credits.
Literally the easiest thing to do.

the secret is that retro gaming has nothing to do with time. retro is when it runs on tech that's lost compatibility with modern lifestyles or household products. physical arcade cabinets, obsolete formats, anything intended to be made with CRT blur in mind, etc.

I don't even care about Switch 2 not "competing" with PS5. (obviously a portable/handheld system is weaker)
But your comparison is also silly. The "sharpness" you're talking about is missing camera depth of field effects - this is evidence of the Switch 2 being weaker (there's nothing wrong with this).

The lack of statehood "excuse" for violence going away won't stop the violence from actually happening.
Palestinians being the weaker/"oppressed" party right now is used as cover for the deep, tribal, religious hatred of Jews that's existed for over a millennium.
If this excuse goes away, there will always be another.

You are using all of this to spread hate. Yes, it's right to hate Hamas. Don't hate all Palestinians. There are sections of Israeli society which do horrendous things and to extrapolate to the wider community would be wrong. It's similar in the Palestinian community.
Do you think missiles would be fired if the Palestinians were living in their own state? Do you think Hamas would have support?
You know what, with statehood many excuses for violence goes away ... right? It solves so many problems. It has to be the goal.
Anyway I know no statehood any time soon. But it should be a target for both sides and maybe even that prospect will give Palestinians hope and stop/reduce the desire to act with violence.

Here are some inconvenient facts.
A. Polls show an overwhelming majority of Palestinians support Hamas.
B. They also show an overwhelming majority of Palestinians support the October 7 terrorist attack.
Personally, I believe this is not because they’re fundamentally bad people. I think that they are brainwashed to hate Jews by UNRWA before they can think for themselves. I also think their national identity is based on hating Israel.
It’s actually shockingly similar to what I saw in Mississippi growing up with most Southerners being inculcated to support the confederacy.

You are basically describing all Palestinians as Islamic extremisists which is completely wrong and you know it. When does extremism take hold ... when people are oppressed and/or live in poverty. Both those problems exist in Gaza and one exists in the WB. Solve those problems. Statehood will solve part of it. All human beings (meaning you have a heart) should fight for the Palestinians. Fight doesn't mean violence. It means support. "For Palestinians" doesn't mean not supporting Jewish people but is instead conferring on Palestinians the same rights Israeli Jewish people enjoy.
