【VShojo Merch Announcement】 Out with the Old, in with the New Over the past year, the vendor who operated our VShojo merch store failed to meet expectations, leading to significant issues that impacted our community and talent. The vendor failed to fulfill orders in a timely manner and left thousands of orders completely unfulfilled for months. As a result, we have terminated our contract with them and taken the necessary steps to improve our handling of merch sales moving forward. We are also exploring legal remedies since their negligence is unacceptable and has impacted fans, talent, and our brand.
