Gold - Daily short-term chart, showing what could now happen. We might get a retest (unlikely imo) of the lows, but we should now get a good sustained climb for the next 3 months. ATH's? Not in this weekly cycle (22 weeks) I suspect, but early next year, yes.

Gold not living up to expectations here. Closed my long, we needed a decent move up to show the metal's conviction. Big drop in USD yesterday was a warning as we didn't see strength when it should have been evident at this stage of cycle. Back on trading sidelines.

I'm not seeing what needs to be seen in terms of a compelling reversal by Silver. It needs to pop out of that support like a rocket. Sitting on my hands for now. I am still cautious about what USD is doing.

@geild2 @TheLastDegree We’re experiencing high inflation rn. Next is deflation and then later (7-10years) we’re likely to hit hyperinflation. Metals will naturally rebalance with all the fun coupons they’re printing.

While #NatGas is clearly very extended, and sentiment is justifiably extreme, the hedgers (or commercials) are acting like any drop will be relatively minor. Interesting CoT data. NG is currently at 14 year highs.

Gold & silver & the miners are poised to go much higher. I think the short-term war trade has been unwound & now PMs should resume their rallies. Gold to $2500,silver to $50,GDX to $60,GDXJ to $100,SIL to $75 & SILJ to $35. Should be a strong spring & summer for the metals.

@sich8 Makes me think of the Trump wick when he got in office 2016. Kept spilling from there until gold shrugged it off a month later.

Expecting a few more trading days of weakness here before upward resumption. I would like to see 1837 tested for me to place Longs. Maybe too fanciful.. That is one hell of a bearish wick, however Gold will shrug it off sooner than you may think.
