C9 Forcing us to play Texas server because everyone on their team has quit the game and they have to play with someone outside California. 9 out of 10 players live in California and for 1 they are forcing Texas Server

2xko or melty blood for worst roster ina FG? 2xko putting up generational numbers with only 1 cool character out of 11 😂

Singapore — Recently, we have made a very difficult decision to release our rising rookie and key initiator, Patrick “PatMen” Mendoza. As the team has grown from strength to strength over the last several years, so too has our determination, to field the absolute best roster we can. This decision comes after a comprehensive internal review involving our players, coaching staff, and performance team. At Paper Rex, roster decisions are never made lightly or in isolation; they reflect the collective assessment of competitive needs, team dynamics, and long-term goals. Throughout this process, our priority has been to ensure clarity and care for everyone involved. PatMen has been an exceptional competitor and a valued member of the squad. Since joining in March 2025, PatMen adapted quickly to the pace and requirements of a Tier 1 player, helping the team secure podium finishes in both VCT Pacific Stage 1 and 2 as well as securing our trophy at VCT Masters Toronto. His contributions will always be part of Paper Rex’s story. Paper Rex Performance Coach, LJ "Panda" Cheng shared a message to PatMen: “It's been an amazing run with you Pat. Getting to know you and seeing your fun energetic side, bike rides through the rain, or getting ankle broken by you has been so much fun. You’ve had a positive impact on our whole team not just inside but outside the game as well. Although we are parting ways for now, I’m looking forward to seeing you grow into your full potential. You have what it takes and you know what to work on, now it’s grind time.” We also want to acknowledge the patience shown by our fans during this period. Due to unexpected complications arising from premature information leaks, the negotiation timeline was extended, and we understand the concerns this created. We appreciate the understanding and trust our community has shown as we worked diligently throughout the process. Paper Rex remains committed to transparency, competitive excellence, and the continued well-being of all players who represent our banner. We extend our deepest thanks to PatMen for his professionalism, dedication, and impact during his time with us. Stay hungry, @patmenVLR, we wish you only the best for your future endeavors.
