"When you're playing a long league game, if you're not breathing properly, by the end of the game, you're gonna feel exhausted, and that matters a lot in a Bo3 or Bo5" "So, at level one, it helps you with your breathing, which directly helps in League, but also for me, I'm playing League all day, so it's nice to do something else other than League that also gives satisfaction, which is also beneficial for your health. So yeah, overall, it's very helpful and I would recommend it.”
