Good move from Rachael Reeves and her team. There’s no good reason to exempt dairy drinks for the massively successful sugar tax - successful because 90% of drinks covered by it at the moment do not pay it - they reduced their sugar content (which is the aim). That’s great news in the fight against fast food driven obesity and type 2 diabetes. The IEA are totally out of touch - they say sugar taxes don’t work, they should check out Mexico.
