@DPDgroup_news Any chance you could deliver the parcel that you have had at your Holytown depot since the 13th December. You basically drove it from Manchester to Holytown and have stored it, five miles from my home. Please don't ask me to DM you, I have exhausted all ways of communication!

@mpeace21 @DPDgroup_news My parcel was in Holytown 10 miles away from me and somehow they couldn't get it to to me. App updated today to say it was in Birmingham last night 300 miles away from me. Back to Holytown today though. Couldn't make it up 🤣🤣
