@marcelkiefer_ And that brings another topic of discussion: can a competition that charges 3k Euros for teams to sign-up be considered a true "pro esports event"? Isn't that just a glamourized closed league?

@marcelkiefer_ Why can't a person that aims to reach those goals call himself an "esports driver"? He is. He is not a PESC driver, a Virtual LeMans driver, but he may be. And the fact that he competes on a eSports Racing OPEN competition means something (no entry fees, performance-based entry).

I‘m curious on your thoughts on this Is being an „Esports Driver/Player“ too easy in simracing? I know not everyone can call themselves a Pro in Counter-Strike or LoL etc. But in simracing it seems nearly any amateur league racer who is driving for a simracing „clan“ is calling themselves an Esports Driver/Player
