@stationmum101 @cowboyfarmer1 I had a lower vitamin d score than my mum at age 19 and she had early onset osteoporosis. My vitamin d has been low since. Being in the sun for half an hour every day did NOTHING. So depending how low your result was and how your calcium is. just get on Ostelin vitamin D

So I found out that at my last blood test I have a vitamin D deficiency.
100% do not recommend googling potential causes because I've crossed off most of them & that only leaves the really bad things.
