@oldyzach Wow, this brings back memories! What an original concept it was for a game, I seem to recall however that my 11 year old self at the time struggled to get to grips with the complexity of it.

I'm delighted for Nigel Farage. According to @nberpubs, Brexit gave our country a 6-8% reduction in GDP per capita, a 12-18% reduction in Investment & a 3-4% reduction in productivity. But it gave Nigel Farage a gift of £5millon. So that's alright.

Nigel Farage tells @MrHarryCole the £5m gift is a "reward" for Brexit Says it's "nothing to do with the Electoral Commission" and "I'm not in the least bit concerned"
English

@oldyzach Yeah, and establishing a dense industrial zone is obviously best represented by someone ‘popping’ the inside of their cheek with their finger 🤣
English

@BBCNews A £5 million reward for Brexit, while the only ‘reward’ the rest of us got was a 6% hit to GDP, political chaos, removal of our rights & freedoms & higher prices. Yet people are still prepared to forget all that & vote for this lying grifter in their millions. The mind boggles.

Farage says his £5 million gift was a “reward” for Brexit.
The rest of us were rewarded with higher bills and years of chaos.
This grifter must not become prime minister.

@PolitlcsUK A £5 million gift for helping to enable something that has taken 6% off our GDP. Nice one 👍🏼
English

@AndrewMackeyUK Awww, definitely still worth the climb though for old time’s sake.
English

@Simdru You've saved me the climb! Shame the view has been obscured ☹️I was really going to try and recreate dad's pic.
English

@AndrewMackeyUK Photo taken from similar spot in 2021. Lots of young trees now in the foreground which would possibly make recreating your picture difficult. The children’s park you can see in bottom left of your picture is still there.

English

@Simdru Exactly. I need to go back and take it again, if my knees can cope...

@justdavenow89 The fact she remains so calm & doesn’t rise to the bait will have infuriated misery-guts 👍🏼

200,000 people in 8 years. That is only 0.29% of the UK population over 8 years.
Yet it’s in the news every single day.
In that same time 4,000,000 people have emigrated away from the UK (twenty times as many people).
The news is in league with Farage. Sadly it’s working.

@disnenchanted @ms123447 @kokeshimum All fair points, but anyone with half a brain cell knows that all of those issues would only be worse under Reform, only truly left wing parties would resolve those issues, so why do people keep voting for even more right wing policies? 🤷♂️
English

@ms123447 @kokeshimum For me, who used to be Labour supporter, the continuation of austerity has angered me. Particularly for councils as the impact of cuts to them is felt by all. The attacks upon disabled people are unprecedented. The continued privatisation of the NHS and no water renationalising.

@MCMTDoesntSuck I didn’t even know anything about the SongShift feature until you mentioned it. A bit of research and 20 mins later and here we are, thank you! 🙏

English

@Simdru I wish I had them both so I could do that! Are you able to use SongShift or something?
English

@Emotion78687 That girl must actually be possessed by Dave Gilmour 👍🏼
