@quartapoundaa @AvonandsomerRob That's good to know, I have just reached target weight & come off it last week. Tbh my finances are such 4 months is what I could afford. I hope I have picked up enough good habits eg smaller portions moving more etc 🤞

@AvonandsomerRob Two friends of mine have used Mounjaro and Wegovy, got to their target weights and come off and been able to maintain the new weight perfectly fine with no issues. One was 23st is now down to 16 after a year and half and maintained last 6 months off the jabs no issues

What do you think the side effects from weight-loss jabs like Mounjaro will be in 5 years time?

@AvonandsomerRob It's helped me. I had an operation on my neck & my walking is unsteady. I then have a painful hip which the Dr said I have to lose weight. I took the jab, got down to reasonable weight now I can move around much better. Cannot afford any more MJ now though.

@SandyofSuffolk We got those orange food waste bins recently. I wont use it. My busy body neighbour who complains about everything does however put it out, as I might expect. He lives alone in a 1 bed flat & is that anal that he probably would put a left over grape in it & wheel it out!

Got in to a letter from East Suffolk Council about our new bins.🙄 In addition to our existing recycling bin, general rubbish bin and garden waste bin, we're now getting a second recycling bin just for papers/cardboard and a small food waste bin and a bigger food waste bin. There's also 8 pages of guff to read about what goes where and when it's all collected, none of which I can be bothered to read. So I'll just carry on as usual. With my existing 3 bins. As I'm sure many of us will. It'd take me forever to fill all these bloody bins. What a waste of money. 😠 I think the food waste bin will be good for storing my garden compost though. So that's something. 😜🤣

The Invictus Games is effectively dead in the water thanks to Harry and his dreadful self obsessed wife with sponsors dropping like flies, attendance nearly down to zero and the Australian government now pulling their funding no doubt to redirect it to a properly run charity or organisation where all the funding and donations go directly to those needing help rather than into the pockets of rich elites. The withdrawal of Australian government funding for Invictus Games is a damning indictment on Harry and Meghan’s disgraceful ‘trip’ to Australia coming almost immediately after their appalling and transparent money-making jolly where they blatantly exploited the vulnerable and the suffering to advertise products for sale and get free PR. Next is the disgraceful obnoxious and frivolous court case against the Daily Mail. Tick tock.

I can confirm, with some satisfaction, that the Australian Government has now withdrawn all public funding from Invictus Australia. From here on, they’ll need to rely on private and corporate donors to fill the gap. And it does raise an uncomfortable question: Did Invictus Australia’s very visible support role in the Sussexes’ recent pseudo‑royal tour finally force scrutiny of its priorities? A growing and vocal public has been asking where the money goes, how it helps veterans, and why transparency is always promised but never delivered. Vague assurances don’t cut it anymore. Because at this point, Governments everywhere should be asking themselves a simple, ethical question: Is taxpayer funding better spent directly on veterans, or funnelled through a bloated, PR‑heavy event that increasingly serves as a global branding exercise for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex?

This is so sickening to me... When you happily take a picture of a little boy (supposedly your child) . But instead of a joyful moment its him hiding behind a pole with his hands clasped so tightly to his side, which appears to be so even the Disney Princess can't see him 😢. Every picture she puts out are showcasing the girl but not to much to upstage her, as she still looks scruffy and unkempt, But where are the cute moments of the boy is hugging Tigger or Mickey Mouse, yet they are all the girl because imo Meghan devalues him. And this picture proves it because who in their right mind chooses this moment to capture on film but worse this is the moment you choose to put out for the world to see! A moment that one day this boy will grow up to see it looks like is my parents were embarrassed by me or at worse hated me! All of this is done to exploit them on her SM because she knows the mainstream media will view her IG, which generates money - none of these souless creatures care about what is happening behind the scenes to these children regardless who they belong to as long as they get their money! No disrespect to HG but if anything its likely KC has traits but he most definitely does not have Narcissistic PD - This is my speciality field which I have studied for 30 years and it’s very important people understand the difference. Not everyone with an ego is Narcissistic and frustratingly it gets used all to often to explain away behaviour.

Unpopular opinion: Could King Charles be a narcissist parent? There’s been a ton of chatter lately that Charles is quietly laying the groundwork for Prince Harry to come back into the fold as a working royal. Reconciliation, family healing and dying wishes- sounds noble on the surface. But let’s be real: wouldn’t that be a straight-up betrayal of his other son, William, his daughter-in-law Catherine, and their three young children? Narcissist parents are masters at triangulation. They cruelly pit their offspring against each other, keeping everyone off-balance and desperate for approval. There’s always a golden child (the one who’s currently useful) and a scapegoat (the one who’s currently the problem). And those roles can flip in a heartbeat. Is Charles really prepared to disrespect and undermine William - the dutiful, steady son who has done everything asked of him - in order to indulge his own wishes? Surely not. For William’s sake, let us hope that media reports of Harry‘s imminent return to the Royal fold are nothing more than bad fiction.
