And here's another reason for being excited - we are extending our partnership with @CodeOceanHQ to enable streamlined process for authors, editors & reviewers to easily share & review code on even more journals in @NaturePortfolio; we hope to extend it even further in the future
Springer Nature@SpringerNature

By integrating sharing and tracking of code and data, this multi-year agreement will also make code peer review easier for editors and reviewers, and improve the author experience. Read our press release to learn more: bit.ly/3TF0Zog

I'm both very impressed and disappointed after trying out @CodeOceanHQ It's a great way to upload your code and data to have a computationally reproducible container. And the UI for adding dependencies is great!

But there's no way to set up any sort of landing page. For my case (and I'm sure many others), the HTML output of the RMarkdown compilation is what people should see first. Instead, a viewer just sees a maze of tabs and files. There's not even a way to deliver instructions.

Scholarly Twitter - anybody know if it is easy to create a doi for a single page of something? Trying to figure out if somebody could create a citation for a page of a jupyter book

Anyone know of a journal that will allow for #plotly interactive plots within an article?
