For the record. Yes the Honeymoon is over!! Carney is Trudeau in a tailored suit: same obsession with gold-medal climate signaling, same costly carbon tax regime, same economic amnesia, same happy talk slogans. While China and India turn a blind eye to emissions and ramp up their economies, Carney’s Liberals are hammering Canada’s heavy industry with uncompetitive costs, shrinking real incomes, driving away investment, and turning the country into a standard-of-living laggard. The result isn’t climate leadership, it’s economic self-sabotage for zero global impact. For all the rhetoric about “future competitiveness,” Canadians are paying the price right now in lost prosperity and opportunity, all for policies that aren’t moving the global carbon dial a millimetre.

@Mr_Roark00 @ShaanVP It can be annoying in certain cities. But, would supervised FSD be more or less likely to cause an accident that causes injury while you are supervising?

I think both things are true—yes it’s safer, but still can be frustratingly bad at times. I don’t use it nearly as much as I probably should… it’s just too frustrating at certain things. On sections of my drive where I know it does great I love using it. But around town and especially through roundabouts (common where I live) it makes too many mistakes and elicits too many angry honks from other drivers wondering what the hell is wrong with me.

Tesla people.. how much do you trust your FSD? Tempted to use it for every drive - is that normal?

This one is painful, but you agreed to be my therapy, didn't you? 😆 This body did a lot, including giving birth to five wonderful kids in less than twelve years and growing to nearly 60 years old. In the last year I lost 128 lbs and started to make good progress with my too large, too sturdy German legs. And now, I can for the first time wear over-the-knee boots. Might sound insignificant, but means the world to me. I waited for all my TSLA investments to be done before spending the extra money to buy the best out there, a young French brand, called @Nomasei1 . @TeslaBoomerPapa had to measure my legs last weekend, while I was emailing with the founder and deciding whether I could do this. I spare you the crazy moments. Now crying tears of joy, I know it's silly, but hey, I have come a long way. Please don't comment anything nasty, this one is so important to me.

First of all, I’d like to say well done papa. As a father of three girls, I don’t know what I would do without my wife and wonderful mother. Here’s an antidote and observation; as a present and loving father. My neighbour has three boys, all of whom are roughly the same age of my girls. My kids have pointed out that their father is really strict. However, instead of judging, I recognize that as a parent only we know our children and how firm we need to be based on their personality. I’m fortunate as my girls are princesses and listen to their parents. But I have no issues if I need to raise the temperature a bit. My mother was visiting for the week over the summer and was trying to teach my girls certain manners. After a short reflection, I asked her not to interfere with disciplining our children. Her role as a grandmother is to love our kids and spoil them. It’s my job as a parent to teach, protect, love, and discipline. I believe if we have good intentions, and we know our children and we are present. We know exactly what our children need in terms of discipline and teaching. Hope this helps and you can relate. 💕

NHTSA just announced performance-based rules for autonomous vehicles, ditching prescriptive standards. Huge win for Tesla’s vision-only approach - FSD can now be judged on actual safety performance rather than being forced to use specific hardware like LiDAR.
