Once again those in charge at my club have shown they’re clueless. I hope Thomas Frank finds a new role but firstly has a good break. Under resourced and hung out to dry on numerous occasions by the hierarchy. Absolutely pathetic and negligent how they run our club.

Cracking day with these two savages at the UK Ultra 50K in Hampshire. Gnarly conditions but got round it in just over 6hrs. 43/155 and 9th in age category.
