Well done @markmcglinchey et al. It is crucial that we improve how we prepare our workforce to assist patients with more dependence after stroke, particularly when physio is not present. Research to compare models of entry level training will be helpful.

Thanks Barby Singer and @aneurophysio. Barby it may be that serial casting has fallen away. The complex cases with the really severe issues have the biggest gaps in evidence, and the skill mix is a huge challenge for clinicians, particularly to address issues early. #braininjury
