Amazingly, the DM simply advised us to email the same address that isn't responding. Cunard has incredibly poor service once you're off the ship.

@cunardline It's a pity that the wonderful on-board service is marred by rude and unresponsive service when trying to resolve over-billing. Once you leave the ship this company doesn't want to know you.
