@DrSteveTaylor @doctor_katie @BBCHughPym @wesstreeting @DHSCgovuk There another ludicrous difference here that needs highlighting - people don’t wake up and realise they need a haircut today, call their hairdresser at 8am and are then surprised when there’s no appointments for that day. For the most part people plan haircuts weeks in advance.

Many practices have had to call in additional staff/locum cover to help with the backlog caused by Friday’s IT outage. @NHSEngland must find a way to compensate practice for costs incurred. This was beyond practices control and they are already struggling financially

@BMA_GP @doctor_katie Shame it doesn’t include actual partnerships You are cutting your nose off to spite your face by not recognising the full legal partnership model Is the bma legally allowed to speak on behalf of partnerships if they don’t recognise all partners on a Gp contract?
