@joakimjansson For me the tones with a little bit of colour in distort the clarity of the text. The details blur. The purer “greys” are sharper. So FBFBFB for me. Just been doing the same thing but didn’t open up to recommendations as you have. So tormented myself thru live testing several 😵‍💫

@ShopVon I have got into the habit of using just two. Road / race shoe. Trail shoe. For road everyday and race I would recommend Nike Air Zoom Tempo Next%. I tend to do 500 K per shoe.

Due to the postal strikes, I only received a letter today informing me me that my hospital appointment for yesterday was cancelled. The reason for the cancellation being due to the nursing strike. Please @RoyalMail can you make hospital letters a priority. #strikes
