The Vice Lord Lieutenant Dr Alan Logan DL has attended the final of @Transkinkmetro Grand Pianist Final at Belfast Grand Central. The winners were 82 and 8 years old and Alan was delighted to greet judges Matthews Owens Nicholas McCarthy and Linda Neilen of Translink. A great afternoon.

Excited to be in London for my recital today! I’m swapping conducting for piano and sharing it with Robert Mingay-Smith in St John the Baptist, Wimbledon! Difficult to believe I began lessons almost 30 years ago thanks to the support and encouragement of my family!
