@Tiktokfluffy I would go down the medical route first and if you still have problems after then perhaps go and see a spirit healer.

@Tiktokfluffy Well that’s not good, the door that you opened to spirit world may well still be open. Do you know if there is a lot of ongoing activity where you used the board?

@Tiktokfluffy It may also be a medical thing where you need anger management and that you have been desperately unlucky in life.
Explore every possibility as it may not be down to spirit.

@Tiktokfluffy And you risk leaving the door open to spirit to come and go if the board is not closed down correctly.
I would suggest finding a spirit healer and speaking to them. They may suggest spirit cleansing to get rid of an attachment.
